Chiquita the Dog needs a home
Before Hurricane Harvey hit in texas, Chiquita’s family evacuated, leaving her behind in a shelter. Chiquita is very loving once she gets to know you. She loves her toys, loves to be covered with blankets and loves to crawl up on your lap when she's ready.
She is wee wee pad trained she does not do well with young children, because their quick movements make her nervous. Chiquita will go in the backyard and she listen well to come back inside. She doesn’t go for leash walks because she is terrified of it.
Chiquita is an extremely high jumper and can grab things off your table so watch your food! Chiquita understands when you tell her she is a good girl and it makes her very happy. She also understands what a firm means to change her behavior.
Chiquita loves her people, She will be a great family pet.
